Our Story
Started in a garage.
Still acts like it.
Merch Mayne is the brainchild of our founder — a touring merch manager with a Print Company who decided to switch it up and have more fun! Andrew has been Screen printing since screen graduating high school.
We've never taken outside money. We've never chased corporate clients. Every decision we've made has been in service of one customer: the band that needs merch that looks great, ships on time, and doesn't eat their entire guarantee.
Today we run DTG, Screen Printing and and a die-cut vinyl department. We've shipped to all 50 states and 22 countries. But we still answer the phone ourselves.

Plastisol inks, tight registration, pre-shrunk blanks. Your merch gets washed 200 times and still looks like it did on the table.

Art prep, color separations, printing, folding, bagging, and shipping — all under one roof. You don't need to manage five vendors.

Tell us what you need — products, quantities, sizes, and any art you have. No art yet? We can work with a rough sketch.
Quote & Art Approval
We send a confirmed quote within 1 business day. Once you approve, we prep your art and send a digital proof before anything hits the press.
Production
Your run goes on press. We print, cure, quality-check, and fold. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from art approval.
Ship or Pick Up
We ship direct to your door, your venue, or your storage unit. Rush shipping available. Local pickup welcome.
